Add, edit, or remove people and adjust seniority — do this before the bid (e.g. when someone retires). Set each person's shift so the Hours-Wasted-by-shift totals work. Changes re-shape the pick order and pools for everyone. Edits save when you click out of a field.

Set up the board first. On bid day, tap Start the bid — that begins the pick clock and turns on recording on the Live Roster tab. Nothing runs until you start it.

Members submit a headshot; match each to the right person. Once matched, the photo shows everywhere that name appears.

📸 Roster photos

Upload a headshot for anyone directly — this sets it everywhere their name appears. Members can also submit their own above.

🔗 Claimed names

Members who claimed their own roster name for self-service pictures. Unlink one if someone picked the wrong name — then they can claim the right one.
