Drive the live bid from your phone β record each pick as people call it in. The board updates for everyone instantly. Cast the board to a TV: open the Watch or Live Roster tab on the TV (Live Roster β βΆ Full screen) and it follows along live.

Add, edit, or remove people and adjust seniority β do this before the bid (e.g. when someone retires). Set each person's shift so the Hours-Wasted-by-shift totals work. Changes re-shape the pick order and pools for everyone. Edits save when you click out of a field.

π¬ Run the live bid
Set up the board first. On bid day, tap Start the bid β that begins the pick clock and turns on recording on the Live Roster tab. Nothing runs until you start it.
πΈ Photo matching queue
Members submit a headshot; match each to the right person. Once matched, the photo shows everywhere that name appears.
πΈ Roster photos
Upload a headshot for anyone directly β this sets it everywhere their name appears. Members can also submit their own above.
π Claimed names
Members who claimed their own roster name for self-service pictures. Unlink one if someone picked the wrong name β then they can claim the right one.
